1. Who we are
VibeCode Hotline is operated by Tarnover LLC (“Tarnover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit VibeCodeHotline.com, use its hosted versions, request a meeting link, contact our hotline, or communicate with us about our services.
Questions or privacy requests? Email hello@tarnover.com or call 1-775-204-2633. The hotline starts with an AI agent; booked meetings are with a human.
2. Information we handle
- Contact and inquiry details: your email address, phone number, name, company, project description, appointment details, and other information you choose to provide. The Red Alert form asks for an email address and an optional newsletter preference; it does not ask for a phone number.
- Communications: messages, scheduling correspondence, call details such as caller ID, date and duration, and information you share with our AI agent or team. See the AI and calls section below.
- Preferences: subscription confirmations, unsubscribe requests, and other communication choices.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, errors, and security logs processed by our hosting and service providers. The site uses email and IP-based checks to reduce abusive submissions.
- Booking context: our calendar links can include campaign tags and the issue category you select, such as deployment or cloud costs.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, sensitive personal records, or confidential customer data through the public form or hotline. Start with a general description, with sensitive details removed.
3. How Tarnover uses your information
We use information to deliver requested meeting links, answer inquiries, arrange and manage appointments, understand your project, discuss relevant services, and follow up on the conversation. We also use it to operate and secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot delivery, maintain communication preferences, and meet legal obligations.
When you choose to receive marketing, we may use your contact information to send Tarnover tips, news, offers, and service announcements within the scope of that choice. We use service providers acting for us to carry out these activities.
4. Permission to contact you
By voluntarily providing your phone number or email address to Tarnover LLC in connection with an inquiry, meeting, or service request, you authorize Tarnover LLC and providers acting on its behalf to use those details to communicate with you about that request, subject to applicable law and your stated preferences. This can include answering questions, sending the link you requested, coordinating a meeting, following up on your project, or discussing a related proposal.
This permission is limited by the purpose for which you supplied the details and any consent required for the channel and technology used. It does not transfer ownership of your contact information or give us unlimited permission to contact you.
- Requested email: requesting a Red Alert meeting link authorizes the requested email and relevant inquiry follow-up. It does not enroll you in the newsletter.
- Marketing email: the newsletter is optional. You must select the separate checkbox and confirm your subscription by email before this site's signup flow adds you to the list.
- Phone and text: a number you provide for a callback or scheduling may be used for that purpose as permitted by law. Text messages are sent only when you have requested or consented to that channel as required. A website visit, inbound call, booking, or email signup alone is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
- Automated outreach: where required, we will obtain separate, clear consent, including prior express written consent, before marketing calls or texts using regulated automated dialing, prerecorded voice, or artificial voice technology. This policy and general acceptance of our Terms do not substitute for that consent. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services.
Contact frequency depends on your request and the preferences you select. Carrier call, message, and data charges may apply. We will observe applicable communication, privacy, and do-not-call requirements.
5. Changing your mind
You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an update, or tell us at hello@tarnover.com. For calls, ask the caller to stop or contact us by email or phone. If you receive texts from us, reply STOP where replies are supported, use the alternative method provided in the message, or contact us directly. We accept other reasonable ways of communicating a withdrawal of consent.
We honor requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law. We may retain a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting you again. Opting out of marketing does not by itself cancel an appointment or stop necessary non-marketing communications about an active engagement, where those communications are lawful. You may also tell us to stop inquiry follow-up or to use a different channel.
6. AI assistance and phone calls
Our hotline is initially answered by an AI agent. The agent and its supporting providers process what you say to respond, understand your inquiry, and help connect you with Tarnover. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong; a booked meeting connects you with a human. Your phone carrier also keeps its usual call records under its own policies.
Call audio, transcripts, or summaries may be processed by our phone and AI providers to support the conversation and follow-up. Any recording or retention is subject to applicable law and the notices and consent provided for that call. This website policy is not a substitute for a required recording notice or consent. Ask about recording before sharing sensitive information, or email us to arrange a human meeting instead.
9. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including handling inquiries, maintaining an active business relationship, meeting legal duties, and honoring opt-outs. Retention depends on the information, the service involved, and applicable requirements; it is not an unlimited right to keep using your details for marketing.
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted website connections and restricted access to service credentials. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. You can withdraw consent where our processing relies on it, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to hello@tarnover.com with enough detail to identify the information involved. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority and may retain information where an applicable exception permits or requires it. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator where that right applies.
11. Children and policy updates
This service is intended for adults seeking business or technical assistance, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request fresh consent where required. A policy update does not automatically expand a marketing permission you previously gave.
