1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to VibeCodeHotline.com, its hosted versions, the Vibe Code Red Alert form, and the related inquiry and scheduling service operated by Tarnover LLC (“Tarnover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a request through this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a request.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to make the request. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; it is not a blanket marketing or recording consent.
2. A starting point for help
VibeCode Hotline introduces you to Tarnover and helps arrange a conversation about software, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and AI. An AI agent initially answers the hotline. Human assistance is available through a booked meeting, subject to availability.
“Red Alert,” “hotline,” and similar phrases are branding. This is not an emergency service, a monitored incident-response channel, or a promise of immediate or 24/7 support. Contact the appropriate emergency services for an immediate threat to people or property.
Submitting a form, calling, or booking a meeting does not purchase services, establish an ongoing support obligation, or authorize work on your systems. Scope, fees, access, confidentiality obligations, and deliverables for paid work must be agreed separately. A separate signed services agreement controls that engagement if it conflicts with these website Terms.
3. Permission to use your phone number and email
When you voluntarily provide contact details for an inquiry, appointment, or service request, you grant Tarnover LLC permission to use your supplied phone number and email address to respond, send requested information, coordinate or remind you about meetings, follow up on the subject of your inquiry, and discuss relevant next steps or proposals. Tarnover may use providers acting on its behalf to deliver those communications. Use remains subject to applicable law, the purpose of your request, and your communication preferences.
You represent that you control the address or number you submit or are authorized to provide it for this purpose. Do not submit someone else's details without permission. Tell us if a number changes hands or you no longer want us to use it.
- Email updates are optional. The Red Alert newsletter requires a separate opt-in and email confirmation. Requesting a meeting link alone does not subscribe you.
- Phone and SMS permissions have limits. A number provided for a callback or scheduling supports that requested contact; it does not authorize unrestricted marketing. Texts require any consent applicable to that channel. Regulated automated marketing calls or texts, including those using prerecorded or artificial voices, require any separate consent prescribed by law, including prior express written consent where required.
- No purchase condition. You do not have to agree to marketing to request a meeting or buy services.
- You may revoke permission. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, ask a caller to stop, reply STOP to a text where supported, or contact hello@tarnover.com or 1-775-204-2633. Other reasonable opt-out methods are accepted. We honor requests within applicable legal time limits.
Your phone carrier’s standard rates for calling a U.S. number, and any message or data charges, are your responsibility. Communication frequency varies with your request and preferences. Revoking marketing permission does not itself cancel a meeting or an existing service agreement. Necessary non-marketing communications may continue where permitted by law. General acceptance of these Terms is not a substitute for any legally required channel-specific, automated-marketing, or call-recording consent.
4. AI output and information you share
AI responses and introductory discussions may contain errors or omissions. Evaluate recommendations before using them, and independently verify changes that could affect data, security, availability, or cost. The site and hotline do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
Only share material you are authorized to disclose. Do not send passwords, API keys, sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party information through the public inquiry flow. If sensitive access or information is needed for an engagement, we will arrange a suitable process separately. An initial inquiry does not create a nondisclosure agreement.
You retain rights in material you submit. You give Tarnover a limited permission to receive, process, and share it with providers as needed to address your request, operate the service, and fulfill legal duties as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your code or project.
5. Acceptable use and site content
Do not robocall, war-dial, flood, or otherwise hammer the hotline with automated calls. Do not use the service to send spam, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, abuse people or the AI agent, overwhelm the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to any system. Do not ask us to work on systems you are not authorized to control.
Tarnover and its licensors retain their rights in site branding, design, and content. You may view the site and use its features for their intended purpose. Any third-party names, tools, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We may block abusive callers or numbers, restrict abusive use, or suspend a feature when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.
6. Availability and third-party services
Scheduling, email, telephone networks, AI assistance, and hosting depend on third-party services. Their availability and policies may affect delivery and access. We cannot guarantee that a call will connect, an email will arrive, or a requested meeting time will remain available.
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing those when using them.
7. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, this website and introductory inquiry service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not promise that an initial conversation will resolve a technical issue or make a system secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Tarnover is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or introductory inquiry service, including lost profits or business interruption. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such a limit is prohibited, or override nonwaivable consumer rights. Paid services are governed by their separate agreement.
8. Changes, questions, and disputes
We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically expand your communication consent or alter an existing services agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or remove mandatory rights under the law that applies to you.
Please contact Tarnover LLC at hello@tarnover.com or 1-775-204-2633 with questions or to discuss a concern.
